you left us on a cliffhanger. Did he get the girl? Did fate intervene? Did she move to alaska? Who knows? certainly not your faithful readers.
I agree with the previous poster. This is like a cutaway to the less than inspired and somewhat distracting third subplot of a decent, if predictable, sitcom. I expect better.
